In 2023 we watched a brand lose ₹4L in a week because their carrier portal couldn't talk to their QC vendor dashboard which in return couldn't talk to their OMS. Five dashboards. Zero visibility. All chaos.
The infrastructure didn't exist. So we built it — doing for logistics what Stripe did for payments: abstracting the chaos into a clean building blocks.
Today, brands across D2C and quick commerce ship on Openleaf — from beauty to F&B to homewares. Every shipment we move makes the next one cleaner. We're just getting started.
Six principles.
Ship, then refine.
Release early. Listen closely. Iterate fast. Perfect is the enemy of shipped.
Own the outcome.
A ticket isn't closed when code merges. It's closed when the shipment actually went out.
Build for the decade.
Infrastructure is a long game. We favor boring, durable tech over novelty.
Respect the operator.
There's a human at the other end of every dashboard. Our job is to give them leverage.
Be honest, fast.
About pricing, product gaps, and what we can't do yet. Customers have been lied to enough.
Stay curious.
Logistics is the weirdest industry on earth. Every week rewrites our roadmap. That's the fun part.

Stubborn enough to ship anyway.
Indian logistics is run by playbooks written before Shopify existed. We grew up with the problem. That's not a disadvantage — that's the whole point.
